We remain available throughout your visit for any assistance you need.

Everything is included in your stay except electricity. A photo of the meter will be taken at check-in and check-out to calculate your usage, billed at 6 THB per kWh upon departure. With reasonable use of the air conditioning, the average consumption is around 150 THB per bedroom per day. Parties are strictly not allowed, and we kindly ask guests to avoid noise after 10 PM. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
